The Role

This is a pivotal role within the business, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication and making complex moving parts run smoothly. You will play a central role in coordinating the logistics, people and schedules behind our courses, filming days and productions, helping ensure everything is delivered to a high professional standard.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and clients at once, booking tutors and crew, supporting production planning, and acting as a key point of contact across the delivery process. This role requires someone who is calm under pressure, efficient with time management, and confident communicating with both creative talent and production professionals.

As Actors Studio continues to grow, this role also offers a fantastic opportunity to develop further within the company and step into wider production coordination across Actors Studio Productions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the successful delivery of Actors Studio courses at Pinewood Studios and across London

  • Oversee day-to-day logistics for workshops, courses, rehearsals, filming days and related production activity

  • Act as a key point of contact for productions, tutors, crew, actors and clients

  • Book tutors, directors, crew and other freelance support as required

  • Liaise with venues, studios, suppliers and production partners to ensure everything is in place for delivery

  • Build and manage schedules, call times, booking details and production logistics

  • Help oversee multiple courses, productions and clients at once, ensuring clear communication throughout

  • Support the coordination of filming days, including crew logistics, timings, equipment and studio requirements

  • Ensure tutors, crew and participants have the information they need ahead of each course or production

  • Monitor deadlines and keep delivery on track across multiple moving projects

  • Help maintain a high standard of professionalism and client experience across all touchpoints

  • Support wider production and operational needs as the company grows

  • Assist in developing efficient internal systems and processes to support smooth delivery

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong experience in a production coordination, operations, events or course delivery role

  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects, clients or bookings at once

  • Confident communicator with a professional and personable manner

  • Experience booking freelancers, talent, tutors, crew or external suppliers

  • Ability to stay calm, solutions-focused and efficient under pressure

  • Strong administrative and logistical coordination skills

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to spot issues early and keep things moving

  • Good working knowledge of spreadsheets, schedules and production-related admin tools

Desirable

  • Experience working within film, television, acting training, education or live production

  • Understanding of production workflows and on-set requirements

  • Experience coordinating creative courses, workshops or filmed training environments

  • Familiarity with Pinewood Studios or the wider screen industry landscape

  • A genuine interest in film, television and supporting talent development

The Kind of Person We’re Looking For

You are highly organised, efficient and dependable, with a natural ability to keep multiple plates spinning without losing sight of detail. You enjoy being the person who brings structure to moving parts, keeps communication clear, and ensures things happen when they should.

You are confident dealing with a range of people — from actors and tutors to freelance crew and production partners — and understand the importance of professionalism in a fast-paced creative environment. You take pride in helping deliver a premium experience, and you are motivated by being part of work that sits at the heart of the film and television industry.

Most importantly, you are someone who enjoys making things run well not just on paper, but in the real world.

What You’ll Get

  • Salary of £27-32k Dependant on Experience.
  • The opportunity to work at the heart of a respected brand based at Pinewood Studios

  • A varied and hands-on role across course delivery, filming and production coordination

  • A strong pathway for growth into wider work across Actors Studio Productions

  • The chance to work closely with tutors, directors, crew and actors across premium industry-led courses

  • A role within a fast-moving business with real momentum and room to develop

  • Exposure to both the training and production sides of the screen industry

To Apply

This is a full-time role and will require some weekend work, in line with course delivery and production activity.
