The Role

Actors Studio is entering an exciting new stage of growth. As we expand our presence not only in the UK but into new international destinations, we are looking for a Marketing & Content Assistant to help us bring that momentum to life across every touchpoint of the brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creativity and organisation. You will work closely with the team to turn marketing ideas into polished, consistent output across social media, email, paid advertising, website content and lead generation.

This role is ideal for someone who is excited by content, understands digital marketing, and wants to play an active part in helping a creative education brand grow. You will support the execution of campaigns, create and edit content, manage posting schedules, assist with Meta ads, write copy under guidance, and help convert interest into bookings through lead follow-up and audience nurturing.

You should be someone who can take direction well, bring initiative, and enjoy making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit and publish content across multiple marketing channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email and web.

  • Film content on a phone when needed, including capturing day-to-day brand content and helping shape ideas for social output.

  • Direct the wider team on what behind-the-scenes content is needed during filming days, workshops and events.

  • Organise and edit video and image assets so content can be used efficiently across campaigns and platforms.

  • Write captions, email copy, blog posts and website copy under guidance.

  • Post and schedule content in line with the wider marketing strategy.

  • Support the setup, monitoring and optimisation of Meta ad campaigns.

  • Assist with automated email campaigns and audience nurture sequences through Mailchimp.

  • Make basic updates to the Actors Studio website in WordPress, including blog posting and page edits.

  • Help generate leads through content, paid campaigns and audience engagement.

  • Follow up sales enquiries and support the conversion of leads into bookings.

  • Look for new ways to reach relevant audiences and improve the performance of marketing activity.

  • Track what content and campaigns are working, and feed back ideas to improve results.

  • Help ensure the brand is presented consistently, professionally and creatively across all touch-points.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in a marketing, content or digital marketing role.

  • Good understanding of social media content creation and platform best practice.

  • Visually Creative with an eye for detail.
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager.

  • Ability to create content independently using a phone and simple editing tools.

  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to write clearly in different brand tones under guidance.

  • Experience using Photoshop.

  • Experience using CapCut for editing content.

  • Experience using WordPress for basic website updates and blog posting.

  • Experience using Mailchimp for email campaigns and automations.

  • Organised and confident managing creative assets, content workflows and multiple tasks at once.

  • Commercial awareness and a willingness to support lead generation and sales follow-up.

  • A proactive attitude with the confidence to suggest ideas and take ownership of tasks.

Desirable

  • A strong interest in the screen industry and an understanding of what makes actors, filmmakers and creatives engage with a brand.

  • Confidence capturing content in fast-moving, live environments such as workshops, rehearsals, filming days and events.

  • An eye for cinematic, polished and engaging content that reflects a premium creative brand.

  • Understanding of how to market experiences, training and opportunities in a way that feels aspirational, relevant and industry-aware.

  • Awareness of audience behaviour across social platforms, particularly when promoting creative courses, industry opportunities and behind-the-scenes content.

The Kind of Person We’re Looking For

You are creative, organised and proactive, with a genuine interest in the world of film, television and performance. You enjoy turning ideas into action and take pride in creating content and marketing that feels polished, relevant and engaging.

You are as comfortable capturing a strong piece of behind-the-scenes content on a filming day as you are scheduling posts, writing copy, updating a webpage or helping shape a campaign. You understand that in a brand like Actors Studio, marketing is not just about promotion — it is about showing people the energy, credibility and opportunity behind what we do.

You have a sharp eye for presentation, a feel for what resonates with creative audiences, and the confidence to help bring a premium, industry-connected brand to life across multiple channels. You are resourceful, commercially aware, and excited by the idea of helping grow a business that sits at the intersection of training, talent and screen production.

What You’ll Get

  • Salary of £25,000 per year

  • Commission opportunity on sales

  • A full-time hybrid role between Pinewood Studios and home

  • The chance to work within a respected brand connected to the film and television industry

  • Hands-on involvement in filming days, workshops, productions and industry-led training

  • A varied creative role with room to grow as the business expands in the UK and overseas

  • The opportunity to help shape how Actors Studio is seen by actors, creatives and aspiring talent

  • A role at the centre of a brand that is building real momentum across screen acting and filmed content
