About This Course

Are you a Beginner who feels stiff or self-conscious? A Theatre actor transitioning to screen? Struggling with authenticity on camera? Designed for both beginners and intermediate actors, this Meisner course builds progressively across the week, guiding you step by step from technique to real application on camera. Through practical, hands-on training, youโ€™ll learn to quiet self-conscious performance habits and respond truthfully in the moment. By the end of the course, youโ€™ll apply everything in a professionally filmed scene on Day Fiveโ€”leaving with tangible screen material and a clearer sense of how to work with honesty, presence, and emotional precision on camera. You wonโ€™t just โ€œactโ€ scenesโ€”youโ€™ll learn to respond truthfully, stay present under pressure, and create work that feels alive and immediate.
Why Meisner? In just 5 days, youโ€™ll stop โ€˜actingโ€™ and start responding instinctivelyโ€”so your performances feel real, grounded, and camera-ready
