Introduction to Acting is ideal for aspiring actors with little to no experience. Over 5 weekly evening sessions, students will learn to grasp basic acting skills through practical methods, focusing on voice development and diction, acting techniques, and improvisation. Working in groups and individually, students will study scenes and devise characters from the script, with an emphasis on quality performance levels and building confidence.
Each lesson provides an opportunity to practise your new acting skills under the friendly guidance of experienced actress and coach Sarah Hannah.
Introduction to Acting attracts a varied age range (18+) and acting experience, students can expect to learn and collaborate in a friendly, supportive environment.
